STANDARD CONDITIONS OF CONFIRMATION OF STAY:
At the time of confirmation, please provide us with all telephone numbers and the estimated time of arrival, the following data:
-1- Natural Person - personal data: Fiscal Code + complete address of tax residence
-2- In the case of an Invoice: Company Data / Company name (Full address of registered office + Fiscal Code + VAT number) + UNIQUE CODE N.B. the data will be processed for the purposes of Privacy ex GDPR 679/2016.
CONFIRMATION DEPOSIT
In the booking confirmation you will find the agreed method for the payment of the CONFIRMATION DEPOSIT:

BALANCE AT CHECK IN:
We remind you that at the time of check-in it is appreciated the balance of the entire stay based on the request of the Management, by credit card / debit card or in Cash
for amounts less than € 5,000.00 ( Ref. 2023 Stability Law).
PENALTIES for EARLY DEPARTURE / NO SHOW / LATE ARRIVAL:
In the case of "Early Departure" the Guest is always required to pay the full amount indicated in this booking confirmation in addition to any Extras enjoyed, for any reason.
In the case of "No Show" the amount paid as a confirmation deposit / Guarantee Amount will be retained in full as a penalty, will not be refundable, nor valid for other periods of the year.
The case of "Late Arrival" is not accepted and foreseen in this confirmed offer, therefore the reservation made will be automatically cancelled and the amount paid as a confirmation deposit / Guarantee Amount will be retained in full as a penalty, will not be refundable, nor valid for other periods of the year. In this case, the Guest will be required to request a new written availability from the Admiral Hotel, which will respond based on the new rates applied at the time, without the Guest being able to claim the discounts/conditions provided for in the previously confirmed offer or the recognition of the Confirmation Deposit paid/Guarantee Amount for the previous cancelled reservation. In case of availability of the property, the Guest will have to make a new reservation under the new conditions agreed.
In case of "early departure" The customer is always required to pay the full amount of this booking confirmation even in case of early departure, whatever the reason.
TOURIST TAX of € 2.00 per person per day excluded and to be paid in cash for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights; Tax for children free up to 13.99 years.
CHECK IN and CHECK OUT:
Check-in after 3:00 pm (Room and Parking Space)
Check-out before 10:00 am (Room and Parking Space*)
*after 10:00 am scheduled check-out time it will be possible to extend the parking of the car
until 8:00 pm on the day of departure with a supplement of € 10 based on the hotel's availability.
